Tourists themselves are responsible for complying with entry and health requirements for all countries they intend to visit. Pamporovo Emergency Ski Patrol service is available 24 hours a day. First aid is available on all ski slopes, together with ambulance and clinic (with doctor and nurse). There are pharmacies available in the resort.

Foreign tourists pay in cash for some medical and all dental services. Doctors (clinics) should provide the necessary bills, receipts and invoices describing the service and the cost, so that foreigners can claim back the expense to their insurance company. It is recommended that tourists call their insurance company and inform them in case of injury.
