Ski runs in Pamporovo

Pamporovo provides excellent ski facilities and conditions for a perfect ski vacation. All the tracks in the resort are maintained in good condition. There are ski runs in all different levels of difficulty. The total length of the ski runs in Pamporovo is 25 km. The longest ski run is 3.8 km. They are located on the northern, eastern and western slopes of Snezhanka peak. All major ski runs start from the peak of the mountain, where the TV tower is located.

The Rhodopi Mountain with its rounded hills and slopes are a perfect place for beginners. However, there are difficult ski runs as well. The most difficult ski run is The Wall. The Giant Slalom run is an excellent exercise even for advanced. A ski run suitable for beginners is Snezhanka 6. The intermediate skier can enjoy 20 km of runs suitable for their skiing abilities. The runs are called Snezhanka 1, Snezhanka 5 and Students – The Bus Station. Advanced skiers can try the ski runs called Snezhanka 2 – Stenata (known as The Wall), Snezhanka 3 and Snezhanka 4.

There are three cross-country runs in the resort; with total length of around 40 km. Pamporovo also provides great off-piste skiing and snowboarding. However, having a local guide is recommended for safety reasons. The mountain rescue service works 24 hours a day, taking care of the security of the skiers. The ski-kindergarten is open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
