Skiing in Pamporovo
Pamporovo provides excellent ski facilities and conditions for a perfect ski vacation. All the tracks in the resort are maintained in good condition. There are ski runs in all different levels of difficulty. They are located on the northern, eastern and western slopes of Snezhanka peak. The most difficult ski run is The Wall. All major ski runs start from the peak of the mountain, where the TV tower is located.Pamporovo also provides great off-piste skiing and snowboarding. However, having a local guide is recommended for safety reasons. Pamporovo Ski School is one of the best in the country. The ski instructors there are well-qualified and fluent in different languages; this makes communication easy.
The ski lessons take part for four hours a day, six days a week. Skiers can rent equipment near the ski runs and the lift stations in Pamporovo. They can also sign for ski school classes and buy lift passes there. Prices for adults and children to hire ski and poles are respectively 40 EUR (28 EUR) for 6 days and 80 EUR (54 EUR) for 13 days. For full ski package (including full ski equipment, lift pass and ski school) prices are 220 EUR for 6 days for adults and 170 Euro for children. The full ski package for 13 days will cost 370 EUR for adults and 280 EUR for children.
